Let's talk Savannah, shall we?

First off I want to start by saying- HOLY BEAUTIFUL CITY, PEOPLE!

But really, if you haven't been there, please go. We stayed in the historic district, and it couldn't have been any more perfect (see how positive I'm being, here's to you, new years resolution). The city itself has so much history and charm that I would be perfectly content staying there, forever.

What did we do you ask? We wined, and dined, and site saw, and then we wined and dined some more. Which if we're being honest here, are my favorite things. I have pictures galore and could rant and rave all day about our trip, so for your sanity I'll take it day by day- deal? Deal.

DAY 1, party people:

I drove up with Bianca and her husband, Chris. And when I say drove up I clearly mean that Bianca and I slept about 80% of the time and Chris drove (sorry Chris, we are crummy co-pilots). Hunter drove from Tallahassee and met us there about 20 minutes later, can you say perfect timing? We walked around the city, drooling over the architecture and trees (seriously), and then ate at a restaurant called the Public Kitchen and Bar. It was adorable inside and their burgers were the best I've ever had (if you go, order the bison bleu cheese burger, you can thank me later). We loved it so much we tried to go back on New Years day but they were closed. Broke my little heart.

We walked around the city some more and then went back to the hotel, drank some wine and got ready for dinner. We made reservations at an Italian placed called Garibaldi's- nom nom nom. After stuffing our faces some more we walked down the street to a bar called the Social Club, drank some beer and listened to live music. OH, and then we froze, all the way home.

Inside the Public Kitchen. Great atmosphere, food, beer choices and view ;)
B and her hunny.

The brownstones across from our hotel, so beautiful.
At Garibaldi's. mmmm.

It's only standard to take some selfies while waiting at the bar...right? Okay, if you say so.

 Little cuties.

The following was our attempt at taking a nice photo outside the Social Club.
A. It was freezing
B. Couldn't stop laughing
C. How handsome is this guy??

Sorry for the abundance of photos, I just can't help myself.
Also, make sure you check out my bff Bianca's blog: http://thestoryofherandhim.blogspot.com/

We'll talk Savannah more later. Enjoy your weekend babes!
