Monday, you sneaky, sneaky day

Dear Monday night television,


I don't think you could have any idea how much I look forward to your nonsense reality, trash shows on this night. There's just something about watching 20 partially crazy women, with complete faces of make-up on, fight over a man they met only a few weeks ago. But hey, they're in love. Or should I mention the Real House Wives of Beverly Hills- what exactly is meant by the term "real"(okay, so that was a little mean, but entirely true). But most importantly, Teen Mom 2. Always, speaking right to my heart. What other show stars a 20 year old that chooses going to a Ke$ha concert (it's her role model, people!) over meeting with their parole officer. So tonight, I plan to sit on my couch, wine in hand, skyping my dude, and indulging in complete mindless, yet fabulous trash television.


Until I get to fully unwind, aka 8pm when the Bachelor comes on, I'll leave ya with a few pictures from the past two weeks.

My sweet Valentine(s)

I usually spend this day loving on my boyfriend and being extremely thankful for the sweet guy I've found, spoiling him any way possible, but over the past few years I began to realize that in a healthy relationship that's what you do every single day. So today more than ever I am thankful for finding the love of my life and for his over abundance of patience with me while we do long distance. I love you Hunter, thank you.

And to my first and always Valentine(s), my sweet mom and dad. Thank you for showing me what it means to be unconditionally loved and supported. I wouldn't be the young woman I am today without the both of you.

So Happy Valentines Day to the three most important people in my life- I love you three more than you know.

OH, and TJ from his little lady was sweet enough to feature 15 couples from around the United States and looks like Hunt and I made the cut. It's adorable, check it out!

You see that face?

That face just so happens to be the other half that makes me whole. 

That face belongs to my best friend and the love of my life. 

The one person I know will always be there. 

The one that makes me laugh, and drives me crazy, and then makes me laugh about it again.

The one who still gives me butterflies just holding my hand. 

Well, today is super duper, extra, crazy special because it's his birthday.

Counting down the days until we live in the same city again. 
This weekend reminded me how nice it is to have real friends, friends that are more like family than anything. Life is a real brat some times. sigh.

Until then, I'll enjoy my glass of wine, sweet puppy kisses, watching absolute trash TV and pretending I don't have 15 school assignments I should be doing instead.
